Fell Seal: Arbiter´s Mark is a story-driven, turn-based tactical RPG set in a fantasy world with a steampunk touch. You have to play as the arbiter Kairi - an agent of the Council of the Immortals, who is called upon to maintain peace and order in the territory entrusted to her - and lead your squad through many dangerous battles.

Plot:
Centuries ago, a fierce giant shattered the world. In this hour of need, the first Immortals found their strength, and their strength was so great that they managed to destroy the monster against which all others were powerless. So that such a disaster would never happen again, the Immortals formed a Council. This Council was called to maintain peace and order throughout the earth and intervene at the first sign of war or disaster.

Immortals are extremely powerful, but their number is small. Even they are not able to survey the whole world from edge to edge. Therefore, they entrust their mortal agents, the rulers, to protect people from everyday dangers. Executors roam the earth, looking for robbers, violent beasts and dishonorable officials. Their word is law.

But one of the executors discovers that corruption is ingrained in the ranks of their own order. Now a heavy burden has been laid on her shoulders: to suppress a threat as great as the terrible ancient giant, about which the legends tell.
