Recognized in December in accordance with the established procedure as unemployed, Ivanov was assigned unemployment benefits for 6 months (the first period of payment of benefits). After two months, he was invited to participate in community service for a period of 3 months, to which he agreed. In May of the following year he became ill (the period of temporary disability was 1 month). In early July, he was called up for military training for a period of 2 months. In September, Ivanov, having previously informed the employment center, left for the neighboring region to visit his elderly mother. The trip period was 1 month. Due to violation of the conditions and terms of re-registration as unemployed without good reason, Ivanov was suspended payment of benefits for 1 month from November 1. Since December, the payment of benefits has been discontinued due to the fact that the total period for the payment of unemployment benefits for Ivanov cannot exceed 12 months. Ivanov turned to the district prosecutor’s office because I did not agree with such a decision of the state institution of the employment service, believing that the payment of benefits to him should be carried out before March.
