n March 2009, citizens of Gordeev and Mashkov decided to get married. At the insistence of their parents, they were married in a church. After consulting with friends, the young felt that in modern conditions their marriage is concluded according to the results of church rite and state registration of marriage in the registry office.
A year later, due to repeated quarrels with her husband, Mashkova decided to divorce. However, the application for divorce submitted by her was not accepted by the registry office, demanding that she submit a certificate of marriage.
