The newly appointed assistant prosecutor of the district, having no information about the violation of laws, arrived at the Brick Plant OJSC to conduct an audit of the implementation of labor legislation. He reported to the plant manager about the purpose of his arrival and demanded that he submit the relevant documents. The head, after consulting with the lawyer of the enterprise, refused to fulfill the request of the assistant prosecutor. The assistant prosecutor wrote a report outlining the essence of the matter and asked the district prosecutor for help.
