Objective of the study: to develop a method of conducting classes using the problem teaching method and problem situations in the technology lessons.
Object of research: learning process of technology lesson at school.
Subject: Methodology of applying the problem method in the technology lessons.
In the first chapter, the theoretical material is considered using the problem method of teaching. The concept and function of problem teaching are analyzed.
In the second chapter, methodological methods of creating problem situations were considered. Problem situations were developed on the example of the technology lesson. An educational experiment was carried out, which confirmed that developed problem situations can be successfully applied to learning on technology lessons.

Additional information
In the course of the research, the set tasks were solved and the hypothesis put forward was confirmed. The research results confirm the relevance and practical significance of the work. The data obtained as a result of theoretical research allow us to formulate final conclusions.
The concept was revealed, classification and functions of the problem method of teaching were considered. Methodological methods of creating problem situations have been defined.
The problem situations in the section "Professional self-determination" on the lessons of technology were developed. Training sessions with the use of the developed problem situations were held on the basis of the Municipal Budget General Education School "Ayu Basic General Education School named after R.Kh. Kagirov" from 09.02.2019 to 12.03.2019. The results of the pedagogical experiment confirmed the hypothesis and allowed to draw the following conclusions: if the method of problem teaching is used at the technology lessons, when studying the section "Professional self-determination", the level of knowledge, skills and abilities of students will increase; problem teaching is simply necessary, as it forms a harmoniously developed creative personality able to think logically, to find solutions in various problem situations, able to systematize and accumulate knowledge, etc. The results of the pedagogical experiment will help to find the best solution to the problem situations.
