Product description
The water supply system, built before 1990 and intended for cold water supply to the population of the village, was partially located on the surface of several land plots. Which were subsequently privatized by citizens. By decision of the local government, a public easement was established in relation to these sections for the purpose of servicing the water supply. Owners do not agree with this decision. Firstly, the pipe is the property of a particular legal entity, therefore it is possible to establish a private easement on a contractual basis. Secondly, the maintenance of the water supply brings them significant losses due to the inability to use the land for its intended purpose. And, thirdly, no one compensates these losses to the owners. In connection with the violation of land rights, citizens went to court.
