By the decision of the district court, a division of the jointly acquired property of the Barinov spouses was made. Six months later, Barinova filed a lawsuit in the court to review this decision due to newly discovered circumstances, indicating that after the decision came into force, she became aware that her former spouse had acquired an apartment building during her life together and had hidden this fact from her. In this regard, the house was not included in the list of joint property of the spouses. Barinova believes that the previous court decision should be quashed and the case reviewed in view of the newly discovered circumstance.
