Can a judge, when preparing a case for trial, take the following actions:
a) send to the head of the department of internal affairs a decision on the forced drive of a witness;
b) leave the application without movement on the grounds provided for in Article 136 of the Code of Civil Procedure;
c) suspend the proceedings;
d) interrogate the witness in the case;
e) replace the inappropriate defendant;
f) to involve the second defendant (co-defendant) in participation in the case;
g) involve a co-participant in the case;
h) to appoint an examination (option: to appoint a repeated examination);
i) send a court order to another court.
